To sign up, head to the Locations tab in the header menu and select your home studio.
From the studio page, you’ll be able to view all available membership and pass options. Choose the option that best suits you, enter your details, and complete your sign-up.
Once you’re registered, download the Lume Studios app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Log in using the details you signed up with, and you can start booking classes straight away.
You’ll first need to book a session through the Lume Studios app.
When it’s time for your session and you’re within the studio’s geofence proximity, open the app and tap the Profile icon in the bottom menu. From there, go to the My Access tab and select Mobile Access and slide your finger across— this will unlock the door for you.
Please ensure your phone’s location services are turned on, as they’re required for mobile access to work.
For the Bracken Ridge studio, there is an after-hours gate. You’ll receive the gate code in your welcome guide.
The kiosk provides a full one-on-one Reformer Pilates experience through our touchscreen display, with Bluetooth audio connectivity, and gives you access to 800+ workouts across a range of styles and levels.
You can use the kiosk as a guest and simply select a class to begin, or you can create a new Your Reformer account and log in. When logged in, you’ll be able to track the classes you’ve completed and save your favourites for easy access in future sessions.
Each kiosk is equipped with a Bluetooth headset for you to use, or you’re welcome to bring and connect your own Bluetooth headphones if you prefer.
During your first visit, please make sure you watch the orientation video before starting your class. This will walk you through the correct and safe way to operate the reformer.
Each pass or visit is valid for 1 hour. Some classes available on the kiosk may be shorter in duration, so you’re welcome to continue selecting additional classes until your 1-hour session is complete.
After your workout, feel free to unwind and relax in our two massage chairs in the studio a great way to recharge before heading off.
Lume Studios is a 24/7 Reformer Pilates studio, giving you the flexibility to train whenever it suits you. Sessions can be booked every 30 minutes through the Lume Studios app.
Each studio is equipped with reformers featuring a range of resistance levels and accessories to suit all experience levels. Pilates mats are also available for warming up, stretching, cooling down, or for completing a Pilates mat workout when selected on the kiosk.
After your session, you’re welcome to relax in one of our two deluxe massage chairs, available on a first-come, first-served basis — the perfect way to finish your visit.
At Lume Studios Nambour, there is a private bathroom area inside the studio, which is also large enough to be used as a changing area if needed.
At Bracken Ridge, the studio has two change rooms and communal bathrooms located just outside the front door. To access the bathrooms, exit the studio, turn left, and follow the passageway. A key for the toilets can be found hanging up inside the studio near the front door.
To help keep the studio clean and welcoming for everyone, we kindly ask that you wipe down the reformer and massage chair after use. Cleaning wipes are provided in a dispenser, with a bin conveniently located underneath for easy disposal.
For safety and to help maintain the reformers, all users are required to wear grip socks while using the equipment. You can purchase grip socks at each studio via the QR code provided in the studio.
We also recommend wearing comfortable, appropriate activewear, similar to what you would wear at the gym.
For classes on the kiosk, Bluetooth headsets are available to use, or you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

We recommend bringing your own headset or earbuds, but Bluetooth headsets are also provided for each reformer kiosk if you don’t have your own.
To connect, pair the headset with the kiosk by holding down the pairing button on the headset. Make sure Bluetooth is turned off on your phone so the headset is available for the kiosk.

To cancel a class in the Lume Studios app, follow these steps:
Open the app and go to ‘Book Class’.
Navigate to the date and time of the class you’ve already booked.
Select the class and tap the ‘Cancel Booking’ button.
Your class will then be successfully cancelled.
We appreciate classes being cancelled as soon as possible, and at least 2 hours before the class to enable other members to book
Yes! We have beginner-friendly programs designed for all fitness levels. On your first visit, be sure to watch the orientation video on the kiosk — it will guide you through the basics and help you feel confident using the reformer.
You can start at your own pace, follow the beginner classes, and gradually progress as you feel ready. Reformer Pilates is low-impact, safe, and a great way to build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Lume Studios is open to everyone 18 and over. Guests aged 16–18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Males are very welcome — in fact, we have quite a few couples who attend together. Everyone is invited to enjoy the classes, regardless of experience or gender.
